Stop getting offended by everything

If you're the type of person to get offended by every little thing, then I'll tell you now. No one cares. Relax and stop taking things so seriously all the time. Getting offended all the time just shows you're insecure and care about what other people think. All you have to do is to stop giving a fuck. It's simple, stop caring about what other people think and what they're doing. If you're getting offended because that girl you texted hasn't responded back and it's been a couple hours, don't take it personally. She probably was just hanging out with some friends, has to deal with family, or she's probably been kidnapped and is trying to find a way to communicate with you so you could save her.


Stop trying to look for validation

This comes back to the last point where I told you to stop caring about what other people think. You don't need to spend 30 minutes trying to take the perfect selfie for instagram when people are just gonna look at it for a few seconds and then not care anymore. You don't need to dress a certain way just because you're scared of what the people passing by you on the sidewalk are gonna think, though you should still care about how you present yourself. At the end of the day no one's gonna care. Do you really think someone is gonna look at you, call you ugly and then go on with the rest of their day telling people about how ugly you are? They would have to be real assholes and to do that, but most people aren't that much of an asshole. Very few are going to look at you, make a quick judgement and not care anymore in the span of 10 seconds. Most are just gonna not notice you.

Do the things you enjoy and don't give a shit about what anyone else thinks. If you like dressing up in animal costumes, then do that. If you like riding in the back of your kid's mini atv to the grocery store, then do that.


When you have a problem resolve it or get over it

When you have a problem, either solve it or get over it. Complaining will get you no where. We've all done it. Something bad happens and instead of doing anything about it, we whine about it and stress ourselves out. When that happens just catch yourself as fast as possible. Don't sit there and complain about it, do something about it. Let's say i dropped my iphone 8 and now the screen's crack. I could go on the internet and write a review about how iphones are fragile as fuck, but how would I benefit from it? I still have a broken iphone 8. Now what I could do is get a new iphone 8 or I could sell it on ebay as used, save up that money and get an iphone x. Make a list of possible solutions and use one of them, if that doesn't work use another. If none of your ideas work, then still don't complain about it. There was nothing you can do and complaining is not going to change that.


Visualize positive things

Our subconscious mind can't tell the difference between imagination and reality. So if we imagine we're living a badass life our subconscious is going to think we're already living a badass life and we're gonna get the feelings that come from living a badass life. The end result? You're going to feel like a badass. What makes this better is that you'll develop the confidence to make a badass life because you think you already did it.


Be healthy

It is a fact that being more healthy improves your happiness. That's because your body is feeling like it's on top of the world which will make you feel like you're on top of the world. Eat clean, take supplements if you need them, exercise at least 30 minutes a day and get quality sleep. If your mind's not focus and you feel like you have no energy throughout the day, I don't know about you, but I would feel like shit. Health helps boost your positivity.
